Close to the owners' house, the gîte on the ground floor, independent access and on the same level, is accessible to people with reduced mobility accompanied. Located in the old school of the village, it includes: a kitchen equipped with a beautiful bay window, with sight on the pond and the meadows, a living room, 1 room (1 bed 140/190, and 1 bed 90/190), a water room shower/WC (bar of support and seat). A zen stay: the charges are included in the price, the sheets included and the beds made on arrival. Oil/electric heating. Outside: landscaped areas by the pond (wheelchair accessible, hard standing (concrete slab and wooden railing facing the pond to hold fishing rods), garden furniture, barbecue, swings for children. Covered and heated swimming pool (pool closed from October 30th to April 1st). Internet Wifi. Possibility to make the 2 gites communicating to make a large gite for 9/10 people.
