Gîte rural de la chaille
Atypical gîte located in an old house in the village of Courtesoult-et-Gatey. The gîte adjoins the owner's holiday home, with which you will share a piece of garden in addition to the gîte's private terrace. This accommodation is therefore ideal for people who would like to live together. Cars are parked on the communal road alongside the gîte.
The living room is accessed through an old garage door. Carole's cosy furnishings create a warm and tastefully decorated space. The pellet stove (first 2 bags supplied) will keep you warm between seasons. A small kitchen provides access to the toilet and the corridor leading to two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140x190) with its own shower cubicle and washbasin directly off the bedroom. The second, smaller bedroom also has two 90x190 beds that can form a double bed and a washbasin. There is no en suite bathroom.
For your convenience, beds will be made on arrival and towels and household linen are provided free of charge. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.
The gîte does not have a first floor, but some rooms are separated by a few steps.
Shops and château at Champlitte (13 km), château at Fontaine-Française (26 km), near Ray-sur-Saône (20 km), a small Comtois town with character, church, chapel, calvaries, wash-houses... Lovely views and walks.
