The church of Saint-Martin was built in 1749, at the instigation of Abbé Sibeau, the parish priest, to plans by François Ducy, an architect from Dampierre-Sur-Salon, replacing another church on a completely different site (unknown but probably nearby). Initially, the bell tower was of the Comtois type, like most churches in the former Franche-Comté region. However, following damage, it was replaced by a pyramidal bell tower in 1820.
